Today's culture focuses on the success of an individual or within a small group. However, many believe in the group success in regards to children because of the hurt feelings otherwise. This could be good or bad depending on the situation and recognition behind it. However, there is nothing wrong with this approach either in life.

Ralph Waldo Emerson viewed it as, "Our greatest glory is not in never failing but rising up every time we fail". Success can be thought of never giving up on a situation. We often learn from our failures and take them into consideration during the next attempt.

Publisher Malcolm Forbes thought of it as, "Failure is success if we learn from it". A personal or group failure can lead to future success when we take it into consideration. However, we do not know how many failures that it would take to finally achieve success. All it takes is a little bit of hope and knowledge to continue in order to change a failure into a success.

Senator Robert F. Kennedy viewed success as, "Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly". Success can sometimes take the form of a risk. All it takes is a bit of faith.

Group success does include some failures at times. However, we can learn from those failures and turn them into a great personal and group success. It takes a great belief in ourselves and our group to achieve along with a bit of hope. In the end, it is worth it in the end for ourselves, group, and our families.
