16 ounces (oz) or 2 cups of plain lowfat or no fat yogurt
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries cut in half
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup rasberries
1/2 cup granola
Add all the berries into a bowl. Add 11/2 cups of the yogurt. Mix together. Place each
serving into an individual bowl. Top each serving with an equal serving of the remaining yogurt.
Garnish the top with granola. Serve.
Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, snack.
