1 box cornbread stuffing mix
1 can of crushed or chunk pineapple
1 small minced onion (small fine pieces)
1/2 diced celery
1 small can of whole corn drained
Cooking spray
Spray the fry pan with cooking spray. Add the onions and celery. Turn on the heat and fry the
onions until a light brown. Set aside the frying pan. Prepare the cornbread stuffing mix as directed
by the box along with the corn. Mix in the celery, onion, and pineapple. Serve.
Great for supper dinner, or holiday meal.
